RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zikrfm@outlook.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email at zikrfm@outlook.com).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.

Returns
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Loss of Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Personalized or custom-made goods
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
